Open Synced Recall on your phone. Go to Settings → Connections → Desktop Access, then choose Scan computer's QR.
Enable this on both devices before creating the QR code. Otherwise, use the same Wi-Fi. Some networks need a relay. You can set up your own TURN server in Desktop Access on your phone.
